This blend is meticulously curated from two distinct origins: Colombia and Brazil. The Colombian coffee contributes its characteristic sweetness, sourced from a Quebec farmer who cultivates coffee in the Huila region. The natural Brazilian coffee, supplied by farmer Jose Maria, enriches the blend with its textured crema, caramelized sugar, and chocolate notes. These naturally dried beans are the same ones that allowed us to offer you the esteemed Para ela harvest.
 
 
To preserve the complexity and accentuate the coffee's sweetness, we avoid dark roasting, steering clear of smoky or bitter cocoa flavors. The roast is slightly more developed than our Récolte Series coffees, creating a porous coffee that maximizes texture. This blend is thoughtfully designed for espresso lovers, whether you prefer a simple short shot or a generous latte. It serves as the signature coffee at Nektar Caféologue, your go-to everyday coffee for a delightful kickstart to your day.
