They set out to create a versatile blend that not only delights with its inherent sweetness and chocolatey notes when savored on its own but also effortlessly transforms milk into a velvety, indulgent chocolate ice cream-like experience.
At the heart of this blend lies the exceptional Sitio Colina, a single-farm lot from Brazil, processed using the natural method. It boasts an unparalleled level of sweetness and flavor, making it one of the most remarkable Brazilian coffees ever encountered. Complementing this star component is the Bilbao washed Colombia, comprising 25% of the blend. Its addition infuses the overall profile with enticing undertones reminiscent of a delectable Blackforest cake, adding depth and richness to every cup.
