Our mission is to produce and distribute the highest quality coffees that showcase their terroirs while having the least negative impact on the environment and the most positive impacts on humans being.

What’s ESCAPE’s story?

In short ... we are three friends, passionate about coffee, who want to change the world (a noble goal, right?): A rebel who tried to flee in his twenties and who decided to be part of the problem to change it. One who fled Saskatchewan to settle in Montreal. And another who has been waiting for several years to express himself through the products we create. Escape is the way we do it. The process behind the Escape philosophy dates back to 2004. The process behind the Escape products dates back to 2012. THE encounter dates back to December 2017. The incorporation of Escape and the start of the dream began in 2018.
